In their new video, Busted have finally sorted out the misunderstanding that lead them to becoming a laughing stock throughout the music industry.
Previous videos by the ‘band’ featured many mistakes that were not seen at first but after the video had been aired to the general public, the whole world became aware of the mistakes that had been made.
In the video for ‘What I go to School for,’ they are featured running down the road while being chased by loads of schoolgirls and playing their guitars in time to the lyrics. All is not right though; on closer inspection many people could clearly see that none of the guitars were plugged in, the ‘band’ was very embarrassed with this fatal blunder in the filming and hoped that their reputation hadn’t been dented too much.
In the next video named, ‘Year 3000,’ the ‘band’ this time travelled forward in time to inspect the happenings in this futuristic land and they reported back to us many believable facts. Some of these facts were that everyone lived underwater, triple breasted women swim around totally naked and the fact that my great, great, great granddaughter is pretty fine. All of this seemed pretty believable but when you watch the video ‘evidence’ of their journey you can clearly see that they’re lying about these facts. The triple breasted women were NOT swimming around totally naked and although they claim that everyone lived under water, they were driving around in their time machine with the windows wide open.
This time though one of the major points has been addressed, the fact that there was clearly someone playing the drums when you listened to the songs, but none of the three of them were playing them.
Charlie reported to us, “Yeah, that was a rather large mistake. James was meant to be playing the drums for the first two videos but he forgot. Luckily I realised what was happening just before we started filming for this video and I managed to grab the drum kit and randomly hit stuff. I don’t need to be doing anything in time; we don’t bother when we play our guitars so there’s no big deal about being in time with the music when playing the drums. I’m just so embarrassed though, we really must have made fools out of ourselves when people saw us without the drums.”
This video is also groundbreaking for the ‘band,’ seeing as it may be the first video that doesn’t have anything in it that we can laugh at them about. It’s just them playing in a big room with loads of people around them, the people may be chained there so that they cannot move, but that’s not the point. There are no major blunders in the video so far and it may actually be a respectable video for them.
We have just received reports though that James may have been holding his guitar upside down though while ‘playing’ it. We’ll bring you more news on this as it arises.
