I've never been to a festival before, which is a bit pathetic bearing in mind I'm nearly 22. However, I'm pretty determined to go this year.

festivals are not just about the music but the atmosphere, although the V fest is considered a "clean" festival it has a great night life for those camping.
I have been to all the previous 7 and they have all been worthwhile, Reading is better for more rockier bands and Glasto is for all types of music. The best of all is T in the Park but it is a long way away for most people and it usually rains.

I'll be going, getting my ticket next week. Went last year and it's one of the best weekends of my life, nothing compares to the night life.
