pancake t0ssers that is : )

What will be filling your pancakes this year.
Surely some people must be having something a little more interesting that sugar and lemon, and the odd splash of golden syrup.

Anyone got any good savoury combinations?

and is anyone keeping in the tradition of pancake day and giving something up for lent?

I'm gonna have strawberries and vanilla ice cream with mine.

Dunno. Maple syrup seems to be okay.

I'm not sure about savoury flavours though - maybe a bit of grated parmesan?

Me and the missus had pancakes last night, cos I'm out tonight, and I had to make them for a mate too, as he only came over to go to the gym with me and we sent him down the shop for maple syrup in return for pancakes.

Every year I say that I should do them more often, cos it usually takes be 3 or 4 to get into the flipping bit, but I never do.
