This must be the most straight forward pregnancy... Touch wood it stays that way. Anyway im only 25 weeks just about and i feel like im ready to pop. (i am measuring larger then usual so that might be somethin) Still i get reviewed when i hit 28 weeks, more bloods taken etc...

Anyway I guess the bigger i get the less i move so the more ill be sat here!

Heh ok maybe not, ill prob be on here less and less.

I never got a bump till i was 16 weeks in to this pregnancy and it was like it appeared over night. Now there is no mistaking it.

THE BUMP

I so wish there was an easy way to get this baby out!

Not to act like its my first but to treat it like its my first, soemthing about the body chemicals etc...

Though im not quite sure if it really makes any difference. I treat every pregnancy the same anyway, can never be sure on anything. Its my 4th pregnancy so and they have all been different.

Some midwives say that usually your first is the longest and they do tend to arrive quicker in the next pregnancies. I dont know how true that is. Although with my first it was about 16 and half hours. Then 2nd was about 10.

Then for this one who knows. Though midwife says to treat this pregnancy like its my 1st. Also that just cos i have had to healthy pregnancies and labours dont assume i automatically will with the third. Gees how encouraging. She seems to think that because i have a different partner that things will be different from the start. That i should also not expect a fast delivery and could very well be another long labour.

I think so. Her longest was about 30 hours and I was about 8 I think. The other two were girls, so it just goes to show girls are more trouble even when just being born.

your mum was probably more aware of what was going on. More then it actually getting easier. Also each might have been a little quicker then the previous one.

Well I was just joking, but to be serious, (for once), my Mum who has had three kids said it got easier each time. It could be because she knew what to expect, or it could be something else. I just don't know.

Please note that it's mainly men, not all men think pregnacy gets easier.

Heh, well I used to have some funny ideas about pregnancy, truth is I didn't know anything, it was all just assumption really.

But now I know a lot more, I don't see how something like that could ever get easy ... not just the birth but the whole pregnancy from start to finish.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Excellent support service!
I have always found the support staff to provide an excellent service on every occasion I've called.
