That works out at £90 but would be far better quality, although I would be slightly worried about you replacing a motherboard, no offense.

The other one, the MX440, the £61, and if you were confused with that I don't think you should be trying to pick graphics cards, never mind install them........

and why did you quote all that?!?!?!

Here is the deal, and I am being frank: Any GF2MX be it PCI or otherwise, is not up to scratch these days, even with details at low it will struggle, especially on a 667 Celeron.

GF4MX420 is not really that much better, as it uses extremely low bandwidth SDRAM, as if squeezing the information through a PCI bus was not enough.....

GF4MX440PCI is good, and should be fine for most games, even on your CPU but again its performance will be extremely limited by it being a PCI card, as the bandwitdth of a PCI bus is only 133MB/s if I remember correctly and AGP4x is 1100MB/s so as you can see, that is almost 10 times faster.

In your situation I would definitely go for the MX440, or get a new mothreboard with an AGP slot, a socket 370 board can't be much now, surely??

Then get an MX440 AGP along with the mobo, the AGP ones are much cheaper and therefore the AGP card & mainboard combo can't have much of a price difference than a £60 PCI card.
