The complaints were about the support. Still, I got loads of free stuff from them when the CD-ROM broke on my old Pentium 1 150mhz PC

The thing with tinys site is you need to know the support address to find the pc stats. The you just use the code (R937).

I can't find anything on your pc at all, the problem with pc's like tiny is that they tend to write there own bios's and lock out settings, this can be rectified with a bios update usually but you would need to know the exact make of the motherboard, although the motherboard could be unbranded, i couldnt find anything on tiny's website about your pc at all, you can try using a program called softfsb which you should be able to find on kazaa.

This is the reason why i would never buy off of a company like tiny or compaq as they make there pc's unmoddifiable.

It's a TINY PC with a "VIA Tech VT82C686" motherboard (I think thats what motherboard it has)
