What about a game where you get to run a forum for new game ideas?
That's what I was thinking too.
The sequels 'Smack Your Balls' and 'Rattle Yer Rattler' are in production, they've just started life in the New Game Ideas Forum.

Don't forget, you could design all your own rides and see them played out in FMV, that would be kinda fun.
