Allright, I'll start with the damn topic already=/
Since the Revolution promises to not charge for online play I know that ALL the fans of the first one will buy the Revolution and pick up SSB immediately. What do you guys think they'll make the online play like? Just a standard beat em up tournament style? Remember that nintendo likes to be different=/
The only characters that I really think will be added to the new game are Captian Olimar(Pikimin), Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, and Wario. State your opinion on that, but that's what I really think. They'll probably be around 10 new characters though(possibly more).
Off topic, I play as Peach(1st), Yoshi(2nd), and Jigglypuff(3rd) in the first one. Debate on how one of them sucks and we'll just see once SSBM online comes out.=/
Reggie for playable character.
I'm not buying another purely offline one.
So it's less like a normal offline game.
Although I figure with tight data transfer and a decent bandwidth, the game could cope with lots of players in a big level. Could be fun.

Hehehe, it's funny because it's true.
The first thing you'd customise him with would be a big shiny moustache.
It's starting to sound very Barbie now - collect all the costumes!
Maybe if you win a big enough tournament the prize could be mario's Malibu Dream Home.
I'm sure he could pull ken if he had that.
And about Captain Olimar from Pikimin, I always thought he would pick a pikimin from the ground and toss it at the ememy and it would stick to them. Maybe depending on what pikimin it is it could either slow them down, weight them down, leech health from them slowly. There's a bunch of possiblities.
Now that I'm thinking I'd also like to see King DeeDeeDee.=/
I wouldn't actually pick him but it'd be fun to kick his a s s.
If part of the beauty of online gaming is that you can play against hundreds of different people, it'd suck if half of them were Link.
So I figure there should be as many characters, and characters' outfits, as possible, to minimise the dull standardised player representations that deny the human individuality that makes online better than bots.
There's only one rule:
Anyone who picks birdo must be mauled by all the other players.
Preferably in real life.
