Your card doesn't have hardware transform and lighting. You need a better one.

Just finished downloading and installing it, try to run it and a error pops us saying:
Fatal error: Cannot set display mode!
GFxAPI error:
(Direct 3D) Missing support for vertexshaders.

Anyone know why this is? I'm not going to need a very good gfx card like BF2 to play it am i? :(

Best thing to do in just choose medium which sets everything for you, see how it runs and if you've got FPS to spare set it to high but if you get the 5 Frames experience set i down to low.

Hmmm, well there are millions of graphics options, so I turned loads of them down and it ran smoothly. Might see what I can turn up now. Like the res. From 640x480...

True. SS2 is basically a 3d version of Doom2. I.E. Monster overkill.

Damn. I've just had a play of it. I've zoned out for about 15 minutes. The last game that did that to me was Tempest 2000.
