The answer does indeed lie within the community - build a cage, stick him in it, and keep him in the community. I'm sorry, but little sh%ts like this make many peoples lives hell, and then people try and defend them, like this idiot charity person. Heck, if she loves him so much then why doesn't she look after him.....
