I have an idea which I hope to make money out of from one of my websites,
I want your opinion

Here's the idea.

I hope to provide a service which will register and set up a domain name for people who don't know how to or just don't have the time.
The domain name price will be included in the total cost.
The only other fee will be a set up fee (Different depending on which domain you want i'e a .net domain or a .com domain

I just want to know if you think anyone will use the service.

No matter how you want to phrase it, you're essentially offering a domain registration service as SR and numerous other companies offer. I think its fair to say its quite a saturated market, and its really not profitable business unless you're dealing in bulk amounts of domains.

I'm not certain what the "extra" service is you want to offer people though that should persuade them to purchase things from you, as opposed to just visiting getdotted.com or one of the other numerous domain registration services.

It would be for people who do want to but a domain, there's also a link on the page that links to a site which builds websites for people!

But why would someone want to make a website if they couldn't buy a domain/didn't have a enough to buy to buy a domain?

but people who don't know how to set one up may want to use it, or people who are too busy.
I'd also hope to start a host set-up service which would run along the same lines as the domain set-up service.

Can't see that working, buying the domain is the easiest part of setting up a website...

what I mean is they pay for the cost of the domain along with a set-up fee they tell us what domain name they want and we would set it up for them.

Erm, I'm not sure what you mean. Do you just buy a domain for someone? Surely if someone can't buy a domain they can't make a website.
