What did everyone think of it?

Personally I thought it wasn't quite as good as the most recent two. About as good as Generations I thought, and I thought Generations scraped through :O(

Indeed, the more I think about it, the more it stinks. There was the potential for a huge battle of wits grudge match a la Wrath of Khan, but in the end it dissolved into "I'm naff, but I've got an enormous ship that can fire while cloaked." The whole plot was a bit rubbish, the new characters were poor and the whole scenario just seem under-used.

Same here, I was wondering why the Enteprise wasn't destroyed along with the Remon ship when they rammed into it?
Unless the Titanium in the hull is more powerful than whatever material they used for that WAY cool destroyer class ship.
I was basically saying "I've gotta get me one of those!" for almost half of the time they appeared on the screen.

It was too fragmented, not driven enough, and too sporadic. So (SPOILER), one minute they come up with the mini transporter (useful eh!), then the gun to stop the radiation, then the warbirds show up... the bad guy sits there at the exact moment Picard needs him to in order to pull off the ramming manouver etc...

Far inferior to First Contact which was a truely brilliant action film with a great story.

Oh, and all the actors but Picard are aweful. It's amazing that, by being picked for a role in a star trek TV series, B-rate actors get the privilidge to be in a big budget film!

Haven't seen it but I'll still say it's poo.
