If a pupil is arrested for possession of a Class B drug, do the police inform the school?
And what would the school do? If the pupil was not a troublemaker or anything special, would he get expelled or just suspended.
Because it happened to my friend and I'm just wondering what will happen.
Do any of you have experience with this or something like it? Or are there any law students who would know?

Suspensions are stupid

" Lets give them some days off school "

I'd make them come in from 6am to 8pm and clean the place

My school seems to have a track record for the most poeple expelled due to drugs. Anyway, basically, they will get a warning normally, 90% of the time they will get suspended, and then, sometimes, expelled. it depends how lucky it is. Well, that's what happened to my Friends friend anyway.

I'd hope he just gets suspended, if that. I mean, it's not exactly gonna help him by expelling him, right?
