Conspiracy of One isn't worth the manoy. Has about two decent tracks. Get Smash or Ixnay if you haven't got them already, if you have them both save your money or maybe get something by Descendents, a good punky band they are.

Listening to XFM over the 'net now, and this track has just come on.

I really like it. Was never really into RATM and hadn't heard anything by Soundgarden at all. But I like this, when's the album out?
