I'd give it an 8, edit post feature would be nice, doesn't appear to be all changed as yet.
Like the colour scheme of it all and the cheats and walkthrough sections look pretty smart.

Is the creative writing forum disappearing: I notice it has been renamed to 'Web Design & Creativity', putting stories in a forum named that doesn't seem entirely appropriate? Hope the review forum isn't going either.
Uh oh, is the colour scheme going to be black? If it is then I cant look at it for long periods as it really messes up my eyes. :(
Changes are still being made to the forums so dont panic if things are not working/appearing yet. Give us till this afternoon and we'll talk more :)

Creative stories alongside threads about php tutorials and advice on what kind of monitors to buy.

If you view the 'General Chat' forum in the Freeola Chat section the theme should change back to the similar colours as before.

Does seem a bit squished, especially as there appears to be a lot of white space running down the right hand side of the page with only the one advert at the top.

That's better, I kept trying to change it back using the thing over there -> but it didn't work.
