Just been looking at www.thisisparker.com.

On it, it says you have signed a "production deal with Sirreel music". I was just wondering what one of these deals is.

Is any any different to a normal record deal? I'm just interested (being in a band myself) and didn't realise there were lots of different types of deals with record companies.

While I'm here, I assume the gig last night was good? Looking at their website (Barfly's), theres been some tough acts to follow in that place!

Sounded pretty authentic to me ;-)

Looks like a fun program to use, might give that a crack.

Top program for recording.
All the drums you hear are done using it. We only use real drums live because, as you say, they're damn hard to record.

Through me headphones here at work, they sounded pretty authentic.

In this day and age, it can be hard to tell since quite a few drummers use triggers now ;-)

Honest opinion: do you think those drums are real?

Sound quality wasn't that bad considering you did it on a 4-track. You managed to squeeze out a good sound on the drums, which isn't the most friendly instrument to down on tape ;)

I'll download those ones you recommend :)

They're all done at home on my four track.
Don't like 'sitting watching' much though.

Try 'Pick me up','let forever stay', or 'mean to me'.

The others aren't too bad but those generally get the best reception!
