I am really ill. I'm not sure what it is.
Over the past 3 days I've not been hungry at all, constantly felt sick, stomach ache and have a headache. Not to mention poo that is thinner than water... and lots of it.
Is it a case of food poisoning or what?

Ive had food poisoning and the headache and stomach ache arent part of the symptoms, i'd imagine its a bug similar to the flu.
Drink sports drinks; lots of lovely vitamins and minerals etc.
There is a bug going around causing this.
Just lay low, stay in bed, drink plenty of fluids and it should go away in a few days.
If it dosn't go away soon call in the doc.
