Anyone know anything good for stress relief?
N.b. This is a serious question. I’m bogged under with uni / work work and am starting to get panic attacks and my temper is snapping (clicks fingers) like *that* with the users I have to deal with.

Any herbal remedies? Aromatherapy? Legal things? I do drink, but the hangover the next day sort of cancels the temporary relief, as I can’t do any work.

Oh, and I’m not going to you know, *eherm* you know. Serious answers please.

A few lessons in time management teaches us all that we generally have far more time on our hands than we believe to be the case.

Easy enough to say, but when you get up at 6.30 for work, get back in at 5.30, have a snack then go straight on to the uni work till 11pm you tend to find that the day could *definately* do with a few more hours.......

I find that going to the gym for 6 hours a week busts enough stress to get me by.

If you don't have the time for it, find the time.

My problem is with beer is that once I have one, I tend to have a lot.

I've no probs with girly methods, as long as the users are not frightened to ask me things when I'm at work, and this is the level its got too.

Thanks for the reply, greatly appreciated

Kalms are alright as well. Herbal pill thingies that help you sleep. Not drugs, just restorative stuff.
Maaaan.

But yeah, just scribble out stuff. I've gone back at the weekend and read some old things. It's blackest bile and angry, chicken-scratch scrawl writing filled with stuff that would give John Doe the chills.

Also some nice poems about clouds and rabbits and stuff.
These are usuall the day after getting laid.

That sounds like a good idea actually. I'll have to give it a try. Thanks very much :)

I hate to say it, but I have no musical / artistic talent at all :(
My brother got all those genes off my patents, and very successful he is too. My trade off is the good looks and analytical / mathematical mind ;)

Cheers, great help. I'll let you know if it works (when I get the b------ time)
