Amsterdam has far more attractive properties than drugs.
Bars, clubs, views, night-clubs etc etc etc. Not to mention being a foreign country where almost everyone can speak english.
People who go there for sex and drugs are sad and stupid respectively.

FREE! Where would I find these places?
Try the churches. Some of them give away free morpheine, and let you shoot up by the altar.
