Well, I guess its possible. Maybe that direction took the magnetism into account. I doubt he'll be back.

I want to know whe Penelope will return.

I was just watching the last episode of season two, and it struck me. Ben tells Micheal to follow a compas bearing of 325, but wern't all the compasses on the island comprimised by the "magnetic anomoly"? So the to us, that compas bearing would have been off.

However, the hatch, and I suppose the anomloy, were both destroyed so the magnetic interference would have stopped, and the compas bearing would have changed. Ben wouldn't have known this, and so he has set micheal off in the wrong direction, stopping him from being able to leave.

am I reading too far into this?

So anyway, Micheal will be pretty annoyed by this, and will think the Others (by his reckoning) have tricked him, and in his rage, he will return and destroy them all =]

Firstly the Cerberus wasn't tormenting him, it was testing him, just like it has to everyone else.
Secondly the others weren't coming for John, that was a lie by Benry to manipulate him.

There in the same world as us, because they let Walt and his father go away home. So there must be something special about it, either way i still thinks its an abandoned test site or something along the lines.

One thing we don't talk about much is the Islands healing power. Why does it work on some people and not others? Do you think Desmond was seriously injured but the Island healed him, which is why he was fine, just naked?

I wonder if they'll ever explain why whatshername was in Australia, following Hurley. When she was the one from the mental hospital.

More importantly, are the others actually part of the Dharma initiative? Someone sent the food package in season two and the others have contacts in the real world so it seems like they are part of the same group. Is the Cerebrus the result of "the incident" or something else completely?

Do you think the others are working for Cerberus?
