Sorry about not posting for ages but now i have decided that i need to link the two computers so that i can transfer files, see my other topic. But in terms of the ethernet card(mine is a "Xircom CreditCard Ethernet 10/100-Ready"??, i have one cable, one end plugs into the card and the other seems to be a socket for one of those small internet sockets (like the size which comes from the back of a PC) I do not currently have a network card in my Desktop, so any advice on what to get and what to do afterwards.
Thanks in Advance
