You got that idea from what the NGC guide said for that particular shine! you copy cat.

That mini games easy.
Get as many red coins as you can while sailing along in the boat. Then when you get to the end, jump off to the wooden beams along the side and walk back to the start. Then using the hover nozzle you can hover across from one side of the river to the other, and pick up the red coins in the middle that you missed the first time. :)

67 shines at the mo, with 29 blue coins. I just can't do teh ferris wheel level of Pinna Park, due to all the stupid frustrating things going on in the game - like having to move the camera constantly.
The sand bird level was hard as well, but I managed to do it in the end.
I also got Yoshi over to the island where the man is cooking something, only to find the most stupid and annoying mini game ever. And you have to take Yoshi over there every time you want a go at it. GRRR!

Yeah, after you do 'you know what' to them, I thought you'd then have a 'traditional' scrap in the village or something, a bit dissapointing. But just seeing and hearing 'you know who' alone made it very satsfying for me :)
