Sony have now confirmed that there will be a PS3 and it should be finished sometime in 2005!
There's nothing up on their site yet but if the last two console from sony are anything to go by then I just can't wait for the PS3!
Maybe it'll be more powerfull than the Xbox!

They could take a leaf out of Nintendo's book and offer a range of colours. No doubt the Ninty's would scream about them copying, but it's a good idea - particularly if they want it to become a 'home entertainment system' like they say; it would allow you to choose a colour to fit with your other equipment.
