Just don't buy Mavis beacon Teaches Typing. It sucks, big time.

Touch typing is something I've picked up on over the years...

Provided you're using a QWERTY keyboard all the time, you eventually get used to where all the keys are, or at least their rough location. At that point you can type without having to look down once - besides, you can see if you've typed something incorrectly onscreen, so it isn't as difficult as it sounds.

Haven't got a clue why I said Sheepy. Maybe I *should* look at the screen.

Bah, typing is easy! Just like sheepy said, you don't even have to look at the screen, apart from if I know I have made a mistake. Difficult if I change keyboards too, which is why those little keyboards with the big gap in the middle are so damn annoying!

Bloody easy, I don't even look at the screen anymore on this keyboard, however when I change keyboard, like the ones at college I do make a few mistakes as my fingers are so used to this boards spaces. Currently I am looking at 90 degrees to my left and not ebven at the screen and typing at a ruddy fast rate.. probably 50-70 words a minute.

Helps a lot in college in essays.
