I was impressed and, like most of you have already said, completely embarassed for Brent.
I'm looking forward to the rest of the series as I think his portrayl of the new employees as "the Swindon lot" with cause some laughs.

The most horrible bit was when he just stood up and told all those jokes, and started doing that Basil Fawlty walk. And then did Harry Enfield. When he just stood there, looking at his staff in silence for about 30 seconds, that went beyond being funny, it was altogether more nasty to watch.
But yeah, absolutely top.
