Trust me it won't happen.

Nintendo's finacial advisors expected Microsoft to drop their price in panic which is why Nintendo were so swift. Ever wonder how those boards declaring the price drop appeared so quickly?

Memory Card 251 is huge, the Memory card 59 is tiny but i can save all ten of my games on the 251 with still half the memory left.

True but hey it was cartridge based.

Cheapest Software and Cheapest console on the market.

Just not now as if you bothered to look at the Japanese state of affairs Nintendo's new effort in the west has changed... dramatically.

And lets be honest they still dont give a crap no tv adverts no more and ADVERTS ON A BUS!!!!
:p
See they did need to increase their prices on something as well.

I wouldn't say Nintendo are angels when it comes to pricing. Of course the GC console is cheaper - but only because it has to be. If not for the X-Box price drop, you lot would have been paying £170 on release day.
They're games are around the same price as X-Box titles and extra money is made back through things like the memory card which is an essential purchase. What differs with the GC's memory card though is that its has very little space, so its not long before you end up needing another one.
I mean look back at the N64 - £250 on release, with a memory card that saved next to sod all and games entering the regions of £60, even £70 ! Bloody criminal.
The GC has come out with cheaper prices because really, its had to in order to compete. I'm not saying Microsoft are wonderful either, in my opinion all the companys charge a shed load. But Nintendo certainly don't show anymore love for the consumer than the competition.
Afterall, they've had quite the reputation for not giving a crap about Europe in the past.

Yea and because of xbox's sale reward thing I have 3 YEY!!!!

I don't think you've got it quite right there, Savatt. Nintendo refused to buy out Rare because it didn't seem profitable when they looked at how Rare's sales accounted for their income. They didn't tell Rare to leave, or 'ditch' them, they just didn't want to splash a load of money around unnecessarily.

That's just the thing. Though I haven't said anything against Microsoft about the Rare buyout (hey, it's just business for christ's sake) I can see why some people may get annoyed:
Microsoft, richest company in the world decide to go into gaming. They have no experience at all, and though they make a suitable console, they don't know the first thing about making games. They get their wallet out and start pumping cash into the X-Box and developers, only using their previous sucess as a safety net instead of succeeding. People just may be annoyed that without the still overpriced Windows software, Microsoft would have fallen out of the gaming world long ago.

Nintendo are the richest company in gaming, they just don't spend as much as Microsoft like to, and charge reasonable prices.

That will be confirmed when Kameo is released.
4 controller ports.
Okay so the PSOne has a multi-tap, but not many games at all used it. In fact when the PSOne was first released you actually had to have two consoles and link them together to play 2 player Wipeout!
With the N64 Nintendo unleashed multi-player gaming on the world, and there still the leaders of it today. 4 player scplit screen play is, in most peoples opinions (mine included) a lot more fun than online gaming.
Microsoft were just doing buisness, I congratulate the move.
