Did anyone else just experience an earth tremor?

I was sitting here updating my website when the whole house shook - enough to cause some stuff on my desk to fall over, but not to do any damage.

It was bloody scary!

I'm in Northampton - anyone else have it?

Yup I felt it, very weird indeed. At first I thought my dad was banging because my music was too loud or something but I guessed it wasn't him when my light swayed and Spray cans jirated about the place, my whole room was moving, woah.

I felt it last night too. I live in hertfordshire, Only just north of London.

Was trying to get to sleep early as i had a early start, but it didnt help with the bloody house shaking...Was very slight, not scary, but pretty odd. I thought it could have been an earthquake or somthin but figured with my self that that kind of stuff just dont happen in England...

Well, I didn't wake and I was in the worst affected part. Just 3 mins drive away from the actual street where it started. I like my sleep :-)

Loads of people were talking about this at school....
One person even said it made his monitor start shaking!

I don't know how anyone could've noticed it, weren't you all asleep?
I was. :)

But I did keep waking up in the night.

I'm from Dudley, but I can assure you one thing - I did not walk into a police station with my nightclothes on :-)

Slept through it all.

I live in Wednesbury, which is approx. 5 miles away from dudley. My Gamecube controller fell off my desk and hit the floor. My bed was shaking with very loud vibrations of the windows.

It was very scary at first as I didn't know what was going on.

I first noticed the earthquake when I realised the cat was wobbling on the desk. I thought that was quite funny.

As long as there's plenty of Lucozade to hand you can never have enough rumbling ...

Judging by last night's tremor, you've done enough rumbling for one day.
