The more I see about this game, the more I want it. The graphics, the bosses (particularly the shark), the atmosphere all seem to add up to a must buy game, but I'm still not sure.

You guys have played it, so what are the good parts? I've read reviews, but a little persuasion about the fun factor, etc would be nice. Is it worth buying?

Gump? Played by Tom Hanks? Only kidding, he's called Forest Speyer I think, he's the dead man that has the grenade launcher next to him (Jill only) and then comes to life as a zombie if you go around the corner.

I just completed the game as Jill, in 4:41. I got the Samurai Edge (Barry model -wtf?), an extra costume for Jill, Invisible Enemy mode and One Dangerous Zombie mode. It's strange because it took me seven hours something with Chris, so I knocked off three hours. I only need to get the other costumes and beat the three hour barrier to get the rocket launcher now. Also hard mode, but I don't think that unlocks anything.

LOL, I just unlocked this, and its just insane, though it is completable, which is more than can be said for invisible enemy mode!

There are only three sharks - two babies one mummy. Lisa (the chained gimp) is invincible.

There is another mode where Forest takes the place of certain zombies and also appears in places where there aren't normally any. The thing is, you can't actually harm him at all because he has grenades strapped to him and tehy go off. And you die. It's called One Dangerous Zombie mode.

Indeed.

And survival mode does sound [incredibly] hard[er].

No linked item boxes, *manual* aiming!

Although don't you get a gun with unlimited ammo?

I think the hardest is invisible mode..with..err..invisible enemies...

I completed the game the other day, and will start again playing as Jill soon. I loved it, great game, but I thought the big bosses where a little bit weaker than previous Resi game, not really as challanging to beat.

Still I was playing on Easy, so now I think its time to increase the difficuly a bit. Now sure about playing the new Survival mode though, that does sound hard.

Argh!

Shark. Bit. Hard!

You have to run round this huge room, but the walk way round the edge is half flooded too, so the sharks can swim around them as well.

It's practically impossible! You can't dodge them because it's too narrow, thers about five of them and they just dive up and grab you!

Thankfully they aren't actually undead sharks..
