this is the third time in 2 days hes been banned now and he keeps coming back why he'll just keep on getting banned after 1 message why cant they permanantly ban him? should he be banned permanantly?

Some people obviously have nothing better to do.
Some people need to take a long hard look at themselves and figure out their priority's. I'm sure they can occupy their time with more important things other than who gets banned on a website when they really have no control over the proceedings anyway.
