Well if/when the time comes I'll give them all a try and see which one I prefer.
But be warned - SG necks break VERY easily.

As for Flying V's why dont you go for an Epiphone or Gibson one.. far more bang for your buck. Their sound will never go out of fashion. I'm not saying Ibanez's are crap, but they're very clinical..

Hehe, my mate inherited his dad's 70's Fender Telecaster with USA case and everything. Everyone goes all "holy sheet" when he gets it out...but he sucks at guitar, haha.
And Telecasters are ugly anyway, haha.
My next leccy guitar is gonna be an Ibanez Flying V, I hope.
