"Bring Ashley Back!!!"

Chances are i'll get banned myself for speking against the SR gods but none the less can we bring Ashley back? What did he do that was so bad? He was one of the best posters here he was like number five or six in the top posters list all the time and he got banned for sticking up for another member that got called a "homo" by Res!! IT'S NOT FAIR!!! Res has already been banned and he got let back and when he calls some one else a "homo" he should be banned for good not the one that stood up for the member. I vote we bring back ASHLEY to our SR family! :D

As much as everyone wants ashley back I think your wasting your time. He can just come back as another name. DUH! And did you know that Rezzy got banned for a 7 time this morning.

I dont quite agree with you there Ripper. Knowing you I know you would stand up for somebody if you felt it necessary - but you would do it without resorting to slinging homophobic insults back the way that Ashley did. There are ways and means and from what I can gather Ashley used the wrong means in this instance.

Consistancy is something that should be used when banning and obviously thats not happening because of Favouritism.

This is is not right is it?

It is a bad rule which cannot be broken to serve a good cause.

Res and Techno Freak were allowed to call phi11ip every name under the sun, and no-one did anything. Only when someone else (who had already reported the actions of the the other two) puts their own sordid comments back on them, that any action is taken.

Although I would like to see Ashley re-instated, I know it won't happen. Such is life.

However, if it were one of my friends that Techno and Res were digging at, I would have reacted exactly the same way Ashley did. He was baited, and so were the SR crew. They all fell for it.

Rules are rules - quite simple.

Break then and your out.

Nobody makes people type anything, they do it through choice.

"You do the crime you've gotta do the time", or in this case, get banned.

I read the stuff Ashley was banned for and Loki, and SR, are right to ban him for it. It wasn't just one post, it was a fair few, and he didn't have to resort to that language and those kind of words, him and the others in the argument could have just backed down, but oh no, they had to carry on.

Beside Ashley can just come back with another user name like Res does....

Did you read the posts he was banned for? They have now been deleted. If you did read them and you thought what he did was OK then you're wrong. He clearly broke the rules of the forum. If you didn't read them how on earth can you comment on it and call us blinkered?
