hi

i had windows 95 on my pc and the sound worked fine, then i installed windows 98 onto the pc and now the sound wont work at all, any suggestions

If you have the drivers on a CD or floppy you'll be fine (rummage around for the CDs that came with your PC and/or Win98, if you can't find them, open your pC up and look for the soundcard, check the names/serials and enter them into google, hopefully you'll find some drivers there, download them, install them, thats it.

can everyone stop tellin me to buy other window, u see, i have passed the pc onto my baby cousin and i cant get the sound to work for her, i aint spendin loads on the old pc so i only wnat to know how to fix it
