I'm a student doing a degree in animation at Carlisle and I am doing a dissertation to see if girls enjoy playing games on the same levels as boys. Personally I'm a great fan of Tomb Raider, Tekken and Final Fantasy. I'd love to hear from genuine female gamers and what their fav games actually are....and the less Tetris the better! And I would also love comments from the chaps to say what they think about female gamers.

Anyway my girlfriend likes games like MGS 2, Crash Bandicoot, Timesplitters, SSX tricky, Point Blank and gives me a game on PES now and again (although she's not into football much)
Hope that helped.

LOL, you dirty boy. :D
My missus favourite games (actually the only games she plays at the mo) are lightgun games, stick a gun in her hand and let her loose on Time Crisis, Point Blank et al and she is well away - she actually wants me to get Ninja Assault when it come out cos we have played that down the arcade a few times. She used to like Bust-A-Move a couple of years back but is not interested anymore.

One game I am going to get when it materialises is Mario Kart on the GC - we used to have some great games between us on the old N64 back in the mists of time. Maybe I will get some more gaming interest then - As it is I have to wait until my cousins and Brothers-in-law come round for some real multiplayer action.
I know one girl who has Britney's Dance Beat for her brothers PS2. Every other girl I know assumes I'm a geek if they even hear me say 'Playstation'. I met a girl once who asked about my metal gear t-shirt - when I explained she said "Are you a computer addict?" lol, I thought that term died in 1989!
My mates girlfriends tend to use consoles as a source of arguments.
That's my rather blinkered viewpoint.
