Yeah, it's slowly getting better. I'm able to do a bit more than last year and I haven't had any steps backwards, so it's been my best year for a while.
So I take it that means your illness is getting better GP?
I really need to get fitter. I'm not that bad compared to what I was 6 months ago. I've been playing a bit of football and just basically running around a bit every Sunday. Not really overexerting myself, but I can last a bit longer playing football each week.

I'm good but just went to sit down on my chair and my left knee gave me a really sharp pain...odd. Also the weather here in London sucks, it's been raining non stop today and when I look outside I can't see any buildings, just rain :/ What a great summer. I'm off to bed now, night night Biggles.
