It looks so painful..they have to run over these stepping stones as fast as they can and a few are just floating so that when they run on them they fall in the water..more often than not falling onto a real stepping stone.
Think of it's a knockout modfied Japanese style. There's another episode of it on challenge (sky channel 121) at half past if you want to check it out, there's something strangely hilarious about seeing a Japanese person run into a door, fall in water or getting battered by medicine balls.
