Hello! Thursday has finally arrived, so let the challenge begin.

Over the next 24 hours I will be here posting away, so please feel free to come in here and chat with me. Don't forget we've got a charity quiz at 7pm tonight, so I hope you can all take part and win that £30 worth of vouchers.

Just to remind you this is all for charity, so if you would like to sponsor me and/or would like to donate some money to charity, then please check out the thread titled "Machie's CHARITY POSTATHON". Thank you.

As well as posting and making new threads, I will also be watching some movies today, which I'll review and discuss as I go through them. The first movie I'm watching right now is Monty Python And The Holy Grail. Don't suppose anyone has seen it before have you? ;)

Ni!

Yes, I suppose that's one way to go. Steve Martin is still active, perhaps he's just not getting the right roles, he hasn't had a really good movie since the 80ies.

He is over 50 now so maybe he feels he can't really do what he's good at on screen anymore. Seems to be doing a lot of voice acting parts.

hehe he was quite good in it as oh forgot the name of his character now but you know who I mean. I haven't seen him in any movies lately. Looking on IMDB, his last acting role was 10 years ago :( Perhaps it's The Flintstones to blame.

Wow only 22 hours left.

Oatabix has Oats and Weetabix has wheat, I guess.

Heh, that's quite funny. I forgot he was in it. I was trying to remember Rick Moranis' name.

Ah that John Candy film, it's been awhile since I've seen that. heh.

Hmm I'm not really noticing a different between this Oatabix and Weetabix.

It's nice having cereal at night :D

I actually caught the end of Spaceballs today. It was on the Sci Fi Channel at about 5pm.

I've probably seen a film with John Candy in it but I can't remember any. Never seen Uncle Buck. I don't watch many films. Any films I do watch are usually some average films that no one has heard of on Sky Movies late at night.

Okay I'm done with Monty Python and now watching Uncle Buck, I've always been a fan of John Candy, such a terrible shame to lose him. :(
