woo if he'd had anelka he'd be further ahead!!!!!
checkmate!!!!!
Wiltord is a tireless runner, and good on the ball. He was bought as a striker, but is always played on the wing now, where he does a great job. Parlour is similar - not a 'great' player, but never shirking responsibility, and running from beginning to end.
Team play is what it's all about. No 'I' in team, remember - something Anelka never quite got to grips with. He IS better than Anelka, for one simple reason - attitude. If Anelka didn't feel like playing, you could see it. He is lazy, moody, disruptive and as his consecutive transfer values have proved - not as good as he thought. Give me Wiltord any day.
I can't stand Arsenal fans who praise him!!
Don't you remember when you payed £13m-odd for him, and you were all saying "He WILL be the next Anelka!!" "He'll be better than Wrighty!"
And what did he do??
.....
Good question!
With the exception of that FORTUNATE goal at the end of last season and a good start to this campaign, he hasn't really done anything else at Highbury. All he's done is fail to do everything Gooners were expecting the former Bordeaux striker to do, like scoring goals! :P
He's just short, fat, and useless to me.
If Wenger didn't love his Frenchies so much then it'd be Parlour out on the right-wing week-in week-out rather than the rejected Wellturd.

ER the very Jammy 92nd minute goal he scored for france which led to some popularity at arsenal. Jammy git. He only plays in midfield as pires and ljungberg who are both quality are out of action because he isn't good enough up front. That way he doesn't have to admit Wellturd is well....wellturd. I agree about Van Nistelrooy he is over rated, Henry, Hasselbaink or another top striker would score 40+ a season at old trafford with such a rich supply, and he is a diving git who gets preferential treatment due to the club he plays for. at another team he would b racking up the suspensions.
Im afraid AfroJoe has been wrong in labeling a united supporter. And infact I like arsenal quite a lot, i just think wiltord is utter crap, the kind of player who would fit in very nicely at white hart lane he is so bad.

He doesn't do bad considering considering he plays in midfield usually.
Which 'jammy goal' would that be? The one against Birmingham where he ran from his own half? Or would it be the one where...
We won the league
In Manchester
We won the league in Manchester
We won the league at Old Trafford
We won the league in Manchester
...by any chance?
And is this the same 'muppet' who's scored four times as many goals as van Nostrilboy by any chance? The £17.5m over-rated horse-faced waste of space with the gammy knee, who's only managed to score one league goal from the penalty spot this season, and who should also be banned along with Keane for assaulting a fellow professional at the Theatre of Sh!te last season when - ahem - a certain Wiltord scored the goal that won us the title?
