wiltord is not crap...... hes skillful, fast, a hard worker and a good finisher.

I disagree. Wiltord is not as good as Henry, but he has improved a lot since Wenger put him on the wing. His workrate and overall performance have improved greatly.

If you see the replay from behind the goal, he had very little to aim at on Schmuckles left, and he isn't the easiest keeper to beat anyway! I thought it was a superb finish - not fantastic, maybe - but well taken.

bit cheeky adding man utd younsters to the list who will never make it! but Manutd are a very english/British team! There are only to good youngsters at united and they are O'shea and Djordic the rest are average

Last season Michael Ricketts was the top scorer for a while but then started burning out, doesnt make him a good player does it?

You slate Van Nistlerooy for some reason just because he's not played that well in early part of this season? He scored a hell of a lot of goals last season and when it matters against Big teams in Europe and England and even not playing well he will run around trying to do a lot of dirty work and making himself a nuisance for defenders and to me is a world class striker. the world cup showed how dire the French attack was, scoring I think it was one goal or something? where were Wiltord and Henry then? yes Henry is a class player but Wiltord is only average.

Yes, it's like you said a little earlier in the thread, scoring goals doesn't neccesarily make you a good player! :D

He's ok at running with the ball, but that's pretty much all he can do!

Can't believe I left Anelka out of my Fantasy Football team though, and replaced him with Viduka and Chelsea's Cole! :(

I don't see the point of us paying him 70k + a week when all he does is sit on the bench. Pick some kid from the streets, give him a fiver, and he'll play his socks off.

Yeh and he still doesn't score...!
