I'm writing about Fog Chat. The only reason I go on there, is to read stuff by Meka, Goatboy, Sheepy, Mystique... all the stuff the staff and half the regulars like to refer to as spam, but actually is about one hundred times more entertaining than anything else.
It looks like Sheepy's left, and I really didn't want to see that. So I wanna ask something.
Would anyone mind, if people started 'spamming' in here? In the beginning, we basically had one forum. It had stories, news topics, chat topics, and just having a laugh sort of thing. It's the variety. This forum would rule so much if we had a bit more variety.
So... does anyone on here mind? Stuff like drawings that people have done, topics asking if anyone wants to play cards... not important or clever, just stuff to entertain.
Opinions?
Tell me please, how is leaving a blank space, then typing the word 'boo' not spam? If it had been done by a newbie or JAT, you wouldn't have given it a second look.
All the same, this is just about asking for stuff in this forum. I love you all, in case you were wondering.
Amneshire? :-)
It's been over a week since last one...
"Which staff have accused 'fun' posts in Chat of being Spam then?"
Snuggly at Sheepy. I know it wasn't much, but hell.
It's just the whole damn place is tied up with rules and crap. It sucks.
"You necking the whiskey this morning, Grix?"
I have bad grammar, I'm taking lessons. :0)
> Yeah, but in order for things to be wrote
---------
Shouldn't that be "for things to be written"?
You necking the whiskey this morning, Grix?
Personally, I see spam as things that are written for the sole purpose of winning a game. "Increasing staff egos, aren't games good? aren't games bad? etc etc."
It's just muh and not fun. In my opinion. And I'll talk to Sheepy tonight about this.
