The thing about tips like this is you can only really come across them and you can't really search for them as you don't know they exist. (if you know what I mean!)
Anyway, anyone got any cool tips for improving Windows 98 by a method like this?

Yeah there is. It's along the same lines as if you run away from someone and they shoot a gun at your back, the bullet will never hit you - works perfectly in theory, not so well in practice...

In which case, you must redefine 'touch'. It is pointless having an verb which can apply to nothing, thus touch should be defined as 'having an effect upon'.
This fits into the usual definition of something - when you touch a window, you leave a finger print etc...
If you redefine 'touch' in that way, then actually most things 'touch' each other.
Anyway, most things do touch, since energy can merge.
