Can you remember where you were and what you were doing when you heard about it.

I don't mean to be disrespectful or anything.

Everyone is said to be able to remember where they were when kennedy was assassinated.

I was opening a bank account, when I came out mark and lards usual show was just songs and the occasional news update, I couldn't believe what was going on.

That was definitely a land mark in my life. The berlin walls collapse was pale in comparison.

Where were you?

I was here working, natch. Came off my lunch break and our head buyer told us someone had a plane had hit the 1st Tower. Twas very hard to concentrate on insignificant things like designing magazine pages on that day. Pretty much watched a live web feed of Sky News for the rest of the day.

I was supposed to be having a jam session round my mates house.

I had my guitar in hand, ready to rock when the news came in.

I don't think I strummed a single note for over an hour.

I was at college coming out of my last class when i heard some people saying the twin towers were attacked. I rushed home and switched the news on and couldn't believe my eyes.

I was in school, didn't know that anything happened until I left and we were driving home in my friends Dad's car listening to the radio. At first I didn't realise it was such a big thing, I didn't really get it into my head what happened until I saw the images on the news.

When the first tower was hit I was in my car driving home from College with the music on full blast...Of course, i didnt know it had been hit at the time...

I got home and saw it all happening on TV. Quite shocking really, just sat and starred at the TV for a few hours...Lord knows what it must have been like to actually see it for real...
