Ok so wat day does turok actually come out ive read the 6th but special reserve says it comes out at the end of september!! so someone in the know wat day does it actually come out?

oh and smash brothers rules roy is the best and the x box can house a small family of porgs with a rost of chickens.

so someone please tell me when it comes out!!!!

this game could be a bit cack due to it's nintendo orgin hehe but anywayz i suggest the x box version due to it looking a hell of a lot better with the PS2 version second

i now its american but like i said b4 i ordered mine yesterday and they said friday.

The Gamecube version is out 3 weeks later to iron out bugs and update lighting effects, say gamesradar.

And my pre-order slip says the 27th...

well i ordered my copy yeasterday from gamestation who said to me its out friday 6th it will be sent thursday,and they already have ps2 and xbox versions in stok so,ill let u all know :)

Seems Acclaim got this out before any respectable publications could review it. Makes me dubious. Will give this one a miss me thinks.

Judging by user reviews. A lot have said it's cack. Others have said it's good.

I've pre-ordered it now.

Strange that SR have the PS2 and Xbox release for this Saturday and the Gamecube release for 27th of September...



Anyway, seeing as the US version is out in the shops now, check IGN to see if it holds true for the final version as well.

Again, that's what IGN have been shown. It's not the final versions.

Turok GCN to See the Light?

Turok GCN to see the light? Please tell me the GCN version of Turok Evolution just didn't have full lighting implemented yet... I mean just look at the XBOX flamethrower and compare. It's really sad, and this game is actually supposed to ship in a couple weeks? Right.

Cory responds: You are correct -- Turok is still set to ship in a matter of weeks. I wish I could tell you that the Cube will also sport the same beautiful lighting as the Xbox version, but nothing Acclaim has shown us thus far indicates anything of the sort. That's not saying that the Cube lighting in Turok is bad -- it's just not quite as detailed or elaborate. Either way, be sure to look forward to Matt/Fran's review in the near future to see how the title compares in the end.
