They are all just money hungry industries, who don't care about customers, just money.
But they release brilliant consoles, and that’s what you should all think when it comes to choosing a console. Put it this way
If the Gamecube was made by a totally different company to Nintendo, would you but it? Or is it because of its brand logo that sells you the console?
It’s the same with sports clothes, No logo/brand name but it looks nice would you buy it?
If the 3 consoles were just named Gamecube, Xbox and PS2 instead of Nintendo Gamecube, Microsoft Xbox and Sony Playstation 2 would you buy it?
Its the brand logo that seems to sell, That’s why I hate Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony they sell their consoles with a massive
When you decided on buying the console of your choice, did you *first*
a) Want it because it was made by
Or
b) Because of the Games line up
That’s what people look at first, then the line up of games.
Money Hungry Industries demanding cash are all the companies want.
Nintendo aren’t brilliant with customer service, neither is Microsoft or Sony.

I think your kinda wrong there as many people say that nintendo do care about their customers, as for sony i do some times feel they REALLY dont care about us.
As for microsoft i hate them for sure, the controller is really hard to use which spoils the games.

I must admit i bought the GC becuase it was nintendo, but the reason i brought it becuase of nintendo was the games they make which will not release on other consoles.

Actually ,many of the colthes im buying now are logo free, they are cheap and really just the same with out a tick or what not. I did use to buy clothes for the name but i stopped after realising they didnt make a diffrence.

umm well, i suppose i would. but id need to make sure they are relible as when i look at those names i think, relibility, and they wouldnt go wrong, and if they did i would get my money back.

like i said you see the names you think ah they have a good record i can trust them, you cant tell me that if you made something you wouldnt put your name on it even if you were a big chesse or a small fry.

The game line up was the most for me but nintendo helpped me decide to buy the GC not becuase it was by them but becuase of the games they made, i would buy the PS2 if nintendo only made games for them for example.

I disagree, everyone is different, yeah sure some people will buy becuase the console says says microsoft or what ever. I think you are being a bit ignorant to believe everyone is like that. Do you think that becuase thats what you did?

nasty neighbour.
The name Microsoft slapped on a new console reminds me not too buy it. Why? Because I've always hated Microsoft and are reluctant to buy any of their products. This is ood, because if I had bought an X-box I would only have two games, and be bored stiff by now.
However Nintendo put on a console immediatly gets my interest. It *does not* mean I will definatly buy it. But it means I will definatly look into it, which is a good thing. Because I've always enjoyed Nintendo products. And as a result, I'm very happy with the Gamecube and the nine games I currently own, which will continue with the 49 future games I currently have down on my 'must buy' list. Looking into future X-box games there are only about 8 or 9 I want.
So brand names tell me what to look into and what to not waste my time with. I stick with my favoured brands, although if something doesn't look good I still won't buy it. Likewise if something else sounds promising I probably will buy it.
