I got fired from HMV yesterday afternnon after fulfilling my third warning.

My first warning was for selling a porn video to a kid. The 5 pound tip was just too good to refuse.

The second was for selling a kid Grand Theft Auto 3. Dunno why, no-one said anything against selling over-age videogames.

The third was when I was really tired yesterday afternoon. An old man asked me which games his 10 year old child would like, so I picked out State Of Emergency and walked off.
They complained about me.

And now I have only one job so i get to spend more time off. :-) I have a girlfriend to get most of the money (her job got 90% of the money anyhow) so life is good.

Or a combination of mine and yours. The old men will want to get in so they'll start a riot :-)

ha ha. you could buy loads of superglue and totally PASTE the door so it won't open.

I got fired from my first job.

A woman left her credit card on my till at the local Co-Op, I didn't notice and the old hag accused me of taking it when she came in next. I was dragged off to the office and it was 'put on my record'

At which point I told them to stick there £2.11 p/h job up there rear (in ruder words containg at least three f words).

My Aunt was not best pleased, as she manages a branch and got me the job, but when she found out what had happend from me she agreed with me being angry.

I got offered a job at tesco's a week after, And took great pleaser in parading into the Co-op with that uniform on to give back my (rather ripped) co op uniform.

Only bummer was that all my mates worked there. Then many of them saw the light and moved.

I did have another last laugh though, when the manager that fired me got a job at Tesco and I got proirity when we wanted the same day off, being the 'More experienced staff member'.

Let that go on her staff record.

I'm not arce-licking anyone... I'll just paint 'HMV's Topless Bar' on the glass at night. It'll keep most of the regulars away and they'll have enough to do trying to explain to all the old men that it's an entertainment store.. :-D

Asher D, I think you should apologise loads and get your job back. Then say I quit. Or have an accident (Video falls on your head) and sue 'em.
