I got fired from HMV yesterday afternnon after fulfilling my third warning.
My first warning was for selling a porn video to a kid. The 5 pound tip was just too good to refuse.
The second was for selling a kid Grand Theft Auto 3. Dunno why, no-one said anything against selling over-age videogames.
The third was when I was really tired yesterday afternoon. An old man asked me which games his 10 year old child would like, so I picked out State Of Emergency and walked off.
They complained about me.
And now I have only one job so i get to spend more time off. :-) I have a girlfriend to get most of the money (her job got 90% of the money anyhow) so life is good.

I've had a lot of work experience but both times i was completely fine. The first time was at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Edinburgh but i got to do room service and waitering (YAY! no really) anyway i ate a few chocolates i was supposed to deliver to a room and said i dropped them but no one was the wiser;) my second work experince was at the royal bank of scotland i was doing market research and designing thier new website,letters,pamphlets etc and we got all the free hot chocolates etc whenenver we wanted. However i was about as much use as a frog who's drowned but it was still fun :D
I did my work experience at Top Man/Top Shop, and was almost fired after my second day! Ha ha
Then I walked out after my 5th day (and didn't come back for the other 5 days, instead I went to work for the DSS, gaining valuable work experience which actually meant something)
How did you get a job at HMV? Did you go in and ask? (I need a backup plan in case the job I'm after falls through)

And the woman wasn't a homo, middle aged fat women will do well enough to find someone of the opposite sex to like them.. :-)

I think the woman that got you a warning was just jealous the boy was getting porn. She was probably a repressed homosexual, and wanted that vid. I bet it was the last copy, wasn't it.
Why was the dude buying Porn? Doesn't he have the Internet?
