I was just wondering if it's worth using style on forms. I know the code to do it. For example to shange a submit button you'd do this:

Obviously this would mean that the would have to have
and the submit button have , but I don't know anything about web design, so would it be worth doing? I might do a practice site to see what it looks like, but anyone if it's better to just leave it?

Thanks in advance.

Hmm, haven't really started PHP yet but would include using things like near a form input tag? Just wondering, thanks.

Nope, only started forms. What do you put in it? Background-color, font-family, font-size and color?

umm, yeah, your script.

basically that script is javascript calling style properties. a much better way would be to use plain css, either from an internal style sheet:

or on the element itself:

Also, about your mailto: thing. will work, but not very nicely. A much better way is to get a simple PHP or Perl script to do it for you.

Thanks Turbo. I forgot to put the action in the tag. I only put it in the submit tag. Cheers :-)

Oh, and while I'm asking about Forms, for an action can you use "mailto:"? I've tried and it doesn't seem to work. Do you need PHP to do it? :\
