I was just wondering if it's worth using style on forms. I know the code to do it. For example to shange a submit button you'd do this:

Obviously this would mean that the would have to have
and the submit button have , but I don't know anything about web design, so would it be worth doing? I might do a practice site to see what it looks like, but anyone if it's better to just leave it?

Thanks in advance.

CSS on forms is easy, though it's mainly CSS2... Should you use it? Depends... Nothing works in NS4 except buttons, IE5 has some minor problems and IE6/NS6 requires tight, well formed CSS. As for MOZ... only some elements can be formatted using CSS.

So yes, by all means, use styling, but be sure of the out come on trget browsers. Test them thourougly

I changed my Script for someone else on here and still have it, its a PHP Form Script that send the data via E-mail, stick down your E-mail address and I'll send it to you too if you like.

An example of it is at http://www.trishstratus.co.uk/Contact.php and it includes validation.

so how will you get the input? Will you have to open up the form.php page? Or do you have to do something else?

its actually very simple. if in a form you have the following code:

...

then in the file called 'form.php' you could find out what was entered into that field using either:

$MyAddress

or

$_POST["MyAddress"]

depending on how the server has been configured.
