Ok, the Notable Elections aren't far away and it would be nice to have someone loyal to Nintendo as the next Notable (and I don't necessarily mean a biased little fanboy who just loves the name Nintendo).
Obviously, I'm going to ask you to vote myself, but if you don't want to (for whatever reasons) then consider Dringo, Cooky, Cookie Monster (and if you want to add yourself to the list, do so in replies if I've missed you out).

I think that the vote is between Sibs,Edgy and dr duck as they seem to me to be the best posters here in the N64 forums(thats my opinoin)

I can see both sides here as I do agree with sibs a great deal, but lets see it in a different view. Nearly all the Notables in today are the guys we have respect for... if we keep going like this soon enough those we generally don't give a toss about will be voted in, how much respect does the 20th notable have for example? Now maybe it is time a representative of indivdual forums went up, we have a Sony fan who is respected as a massive Sony fan... really I thought Pro-evo could hang around FOG as the Sony representative should really represent Sony in the FOG forums but he doesn't.
But Sibs is right, we don't need a representative for the Nintendo forum, I for one travel from here to FOG constantly, I always convey my points and beliefs to Fog PRIME and Chat, as does Edgy and Sibs and a few others... so do we need a Notable for this forum? No, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't vote Dringo :D

Ofcourse I'm gonna suggest me as a forum representative, if you did want to vote that way, but not purely for selfish reasons (not having a pee-coloured name wont be the end of the world to me lol), but for some very good reasons. Here's my case:
Sure, I'm a loyal Nintendo fan. Me and my brother between us have probably got more Nintendo products than a Sony fan would have PSone games on the cheap, and I prefer playing on Nintendo consoles more than any other. You could say I'm obsessed, but is a pilot obsessed if he enjoys flying planes?
However, I do understand that not everyone is a fan of Nintendo and their products. Sure, Pikachu can be annoying at times, and there's only so many times I can listen to Toad's childlike voice as he overtakes me on Mario Kart 64, and that's why I try to keep an open mind. I never judge a game or console without playing it first, and even if I have really strong opinions against products, I still accept others who like that product.
I've got the knowledge in my head and the fingers to type it to help people when they need it. If I can help someone on these forums I will, and if I can't, I'll try and find someone who can. I'm sure I can pass the knowledge test knowing that Nintendo's first ever videogame was Donkey Kong, and despte being the playable character, Jumpman (later renamed Mario) was actually the bad guy!
I'm an all rounder on these forums. Sure, I don't visit every forum (I'm no fan of WWE), but I try to visit all the main ones such as FOG Prime and Chat, Nintendo, Sega, Microsoft and even though I don't usually reply much in there, the Sony forum.
I'm tactful when it comes to heated arguments - especially when started by Fanboys of consoles such as the Playstation 2 and X-box, and I never give up - especially if I know I'm winning :). However, I don't try to start arguments - only discussions.
I try to be funny, though try may be the underlined and italicked word, I still do my best when I can to give members a laugh on here. After all, we don't come here to discuss politics day in day out do we? Sure, I can be serious, I can be funny (I hope) and I nvr use txt spk on ths frms!
Anyway, I'm sure I'll think of other reasons later, but that's my case so far if you are considering a forum representative to be voted in as the next Notable (and I'm sure the others of you will do one of these - but better :) )

i think maybe we should vote for someone who isn't a well known regular, like microchips or sibs or edgy, because they are all good posters and people will dissagree who we should tacticly vote for. if we vote for a good yet fairly unknown person, then we might all agree. in short, vote for me!
