Let me talk to you about Pasta (spelt with a starting capital, I think it deserves that). Now don't get me wrong, I'm not mental or anything, I just like the stuff more than anything.

Various people have commented on my cooking methods. Many of whom persecute me because of this, but let me share a secret with you, to bring a world of Pasta goodness to your taste buds. When you are boiling the water, add one ingredient to it, and only one. Which one? Peanut Butter!

You don't believe me do you? You think I'm mental too, but let me tell you this, would a mental person scream with pleasure at the taste of my special Peanut Butter Pasta. I think not.

But wait. You can't just go throwing in the PB (Peanut Butter - come on, have you been paying attention?) without prepping it first. I sound like a doctor, oh dear. Anyway, have you seen Trainspotting, where they heat drugs up in a spoon with a lighter? Well you need to do the same. Be carefull kiddies, but this is the only way to de-solidify the sticky PB.

Ok, so you've probably got the gooey PB dripping seductively from the spoon by now, so just plonk it in the boiling water and start stirring right away, for about 10 minutes. Leave it to boil for a couple more minutes, then add the pasta. Fusilli is best, but any Durum wheat Pasta will do. I tend to stay clear of spaghetti, that should be only "butchered" with bolognese.

So, have you got any special tips or ideas for improving your Pasta?
