Its easy garbe, you can use different tools like paint to come up with your own tag, you can also use different fonts for the writing.

Yes you can design your own Graffiti, I never used ti when I rented the game but I remember seeing an option to design your own graffiti. I read some-where that it is hard to draw the graffiti using the controller and that it would be easier to use a PC mouse then save it to CD/RW and upload it onto the Xbox Hard-Drive, but if you still want to have a bash using the Xbox Contoller then the option is there for you to do so!

I heard off the sega.com's Jet Set Radio Future Site that you can design your own graffiti with some tools provided in the game. Is this True?
